Here is an overview of our new ordering platform.
A simpler Check-Box system with categories for each type of package you might need, along with some options & extras makes it easier and more efficient to order services for your project. Work Order Payments are now processed through Stripe, removing any direct connection with Personal Payment Credentials and promises a Secure Encrypted method of submitting payments online.
Our new ordering platform not only creates the work order, it also streamlines scheduling, project notes and project management, along with several other beneficial features including the ability to send you an End of Year Report (upon request) through this new system to simplify your Marketing Expenses for Tax Deductions.
We no longer publicly publish our tour pricing to avoid affecting market values.
To access our ordering page, you will be prompted to create an account to log-in with your Name, Email and Phone Number.
11/24/2020: We are working on an updated downloadable Ordering System & Features Guide.
08/10/2021: We are working on migrating our ordering system to an updated domain name.
09/16/2021: Our presentation & work order platform has been updated successfully and tested. Previous URL’s (TNHomeTours.com/123address) will still work, but will present with the new updated domain name (AvistaMedia.us/123address). New projects will start with the updated domain name and remain as such moving forward.

Advanced Measurements: A Must for Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers! The Advanced Measurement Mode allows the viewer to measure anything inside the Virtual Tour Space (Ceiling Heights, Door & Window Dimensions, In-Room Features, the cat that wouldn’t move out of the photo, etc.). The mode is active in the Premium iGUIDE Virtual Tours, but with this option selected, we take extra time to collect Additional Overlapping Measurement Data to Increase the accuracy of our already Laser-Accurate Measurements.
Floor Plan Upgrades! Get Fancy-Schmancy and upgrade your iGUIDE Floor Plans with these Beautiful Floor Plan Renderings, all featuring Textured Floors & Staged with Room Appropriate Furniture. We offer them in 3 Flavors: 2-D Staged; 3-D Staged (3-D Model); Floor & Site Plan Combo (2-D Art Rendering of the Property, Rooms in the Property and Major Landscaping & Yard Features).
Google Earth & Street View Publishing: We are a Google Street View Trusted Professional Photography Service, which means we have direct access to publishing 3D Images and Virtual Tours of Event Venues, Commercial Facilities, Business & Tourism Operations and more.We only charge a modest Publishing Fee to publish our 3D Media to your Google Business Listing.
Virtual Staging for 3D Tour Images: 3D Virtual Tour Images are very complicated to edit and stage, but we can fill some of those Empty & Vacant spaces with realistic Ideas and Inspiration. You get 2 3D Images Virtually Staged with this option, and can be added to the work order again if you need more spaces staged.
Virtual Tour Updates are available in 3 and 6 Packs. These are typically used for Seasonal Updates (Spring/ Summer/ Fall/ Winter) or if there have been substantial changes to the layout, design or aesthetics of a viewpoint (like a new paint-job, kitchen island, or updated bathroom). Several Photos are included to Update the Relevant Areas in the Photo Gallery.

Aerial Photos: Because of the nature of how these are created, we offer these in 6 & 12 Packs. The 6 Pack has 2 views from the front, 2 views from the back, and 2 views from above. The 12 Pack has 3 of each PLUS other Special Property Features or Neighborhood Features.
Floor Plan Upgrades! Get Fancy-Schmancy and upgrade your iGUIDE Floor Plans with these Beautiful Upgraded Floor Plan Renderings, all featuring Textured Floors & Staged with Room Appropriate Furniture. Aerial Video Clips: Sometimes all you need are a few Aerial Video Clips for a video production your own team is working on, so we offer this option to include 3 Unedited Aerial Video Clips or short videos of Standard Aerial Video Scenes.
3 Minute Walk-Thru Video: We capture various video scenes, edit and mix them to a Free Soundtrack (by Bensound.com) for a pleasant walk-through guided Video Tour of the property. The video is finalized in the most compatible format for web and video publishing.
5 Minute LUXE Video adds Aerial Video Scenes to the project and is lengthened to meet the most popular Luxury Market Video Length.
Options & Extras:
Our Marketing Toolkit Upgrade will give your project its own Website with Free LeadGen that can feature the Property Information, 3D Virtual Tour, and Photo Gallery. You also get an arsenal of Customizable Pre-Made Social Media Marketing Tiles & Slideshows to hit the market running strong. Due to Copyright challenges, we no longer allow the use of 3rd party media.
Architectural Photos are SHDR Images of Special Property Features, such as Chandaliers, Chef Stations, StairCase Details and more.
Community Amenities: Showcase the amenities and Special Features of the Neighborhood, like Pools, Fitness Centers and the like.
Digital Landscaping: New Construction Landscaping not done yet? Resetting your Lawn? The MLS permits a certain type of Editing that allows Lawn Replacements and certain types of Landscaping Elements to be adjusted, like cleaning up a space, yard, driveway or sidewalk.
Twilight Two Pack: Beautiful Evening SHDR Images that showcases the Property Lighting, along with a dreamy view of the property itself. Some people call these “Day to Night” images.
Virtual Staging: Turn Empty or Vacant Spaces into Ideas and Inspiration by having that Vacant Space Virtually “Fully-Furnished”. Because of the nature of how these are processed, we offer them in 3 and 6 Packs. Typically, the Living Room, Dining Room, and Owners Suite are the most Popular & Successful choices.
Certain project circumstances require additional fees that may be added to the back-end of the order (upon discovery):
FSBO Projects (listings & projects that are private or done by unlicensed professionals) require the FOR SALE BY OWNER fee, as do Rentals & Air B&B projects and Industrial Projects, or Projects with Cleaning Needed that require additional safety, preparation, equipment, and time.
Travel Time: We budget a 1-Hour Round Trip into every project. Projects requiring additional travel time is billed at $25/hour. Our system calculates this fee based on the address of the project. On rare occasions, estimated travel time may be exceeded due to unforeseeable travel situations (incidents, construction, etc).
NOTES: Please take a moment to leave us relevant notes about the project so we may be more prepared to deliver exceptional services. (Lockbox Code, Scheduling Notes, No Power, Family Tragedy Related, Occupied/ Vacant, Staged/ Empty, 13 cats in basement, etc.)
